  Mr. Browne is an entrepreneur operating in the ICT sector for over 20 years. During this time he has served at senior management levels in large multinationals and public companies. Prior to founding Flint Telecom in 2005, Mr. Browne was Founder and CEO of Prime Carrier Limited, an Irish software company, established in 2000, which has in its short lifetime established itself as a market leader in the supply of advanced least cost routing and switch management systems to the global carrier wholesale markets with over 50 customers in 25 countries today.

  Prior to founding Prime Carrier, Mr. Browne was Head of Procurement with Esat Telecom Group, Ireland's leading competitive, operator and quoted on NASDAQ.  In this position, Mr. Browne managed annual expenditure in excess of $250 million and also managed the Carrier Services division of with responsibility for unit profitability as well as supporting retail sales and subscriber acquisition programs. Esat Telecom was purchased by BT in June 2000.

  Mr. Browne's formative career was with Siemens in Ireland managing the Products Business Segment with annual revenues in excess of $50 million and 8 years of profitability. He holds a BComm degree from University College Dublin and is a regular contributor in commercialization of research and technology projects with the Technology and Enterprise Campus at Trinity College Dublin.
